Thank you for submitting your Claim!

We have received your request and our Claims Team will be reviewing your claim and supporting documentation.  As long as the Claims Form was filled out in completion and includes all supporting documentation including receipt of ticket purchase and supporting documentation; we will have your claim decision completed and send to you via email within 72 business hours.  That said, if we are missing anything from your claim form or have additional questions or clarification we will reach out via email within the timeframe and let you know what is needed to expedite your claim.  Lastly, If at any time during this process you need to escalate your claim please reach out to our escalation team at help@ticketguardian.net.
